To put the action plan into effect, many districts need to first develop city-wide technological infrastructure and then advance its use in various fields including education and tourism. The proposed program would involve integrating 3D visualization and GIS (Geographic Information System) to create a visual urban space digital platform that can be utilized to further intelligent infrastructure development.
